Dr Elke Schwarz is Reader (Associate Professor) in Political Theory at Queen Mary University London and Fellow at the Käte Hamburger Center for Apocalyptic and Post-Apocalyptic Studies (CAPAS). Her research focuses on the intersection of ethics, technology, politics and war.
